Author Stan Moody has served in the Maine Legislature, was a prison chaplain and has written scores of articles on prison reform. He is a board member of Solitary Watch and has received the ACLU-ME Civil Liberties Baldwin Award. Stan is pastor of the Meeting House Church in Manchester, ME, holds a Ph.D. in Theology and has written a number of books on the effects of the Christian Right on American politics, including: "Crisis in Evangelical Scholarship" and "McChurched: 300 Million Served and Still Hungry"
